Shop 'til you drop - onsdag 21 november 2012

Var helt tomt på tunnelbanan mot Hässelby strand igår. Jag hoppade av vid Brommaplan.

 

Idag vaknade jag klockan sju, så härligt att inte vakna flera gånger på natten som jag brukar. Men det var säkert för att jag tränade igår, mitt första pass med Cross Fit och det dödade mig, Jag har inte styrketränat på två år och det märks. Däremot har jag en bra grundkondition eftersom jag simmat och promenerat flera mil på Öland. Så jag körde rodd 1500m och det gick riktigt bra. Så idag har jag faktiskt träningsvärk, men då vet man att det tar.

 

Idag ska jag först åka till Fridhemsolan och gå till banken, Sen ska jag hitta en frisör och slutligen ska jag åka till Barkarby outlet för o se om jag kan hitta ett par schysta mjukisbyxor samt nån snygg zip tröja, helst Adidas.

 

Hade möte med min socialsekreterare igår och det gick riktigt bra måste jag säga. Jag berättade om jobbet jag blivit erbjuden och hon tyckte det lät bra och ska kontakta Krami så att jag kan gå via dem och få aktivitetsstöd och lönebidrag. Perfekt ju. Känns som jag har en kraftig medvind just nu och det är bara att hänga med.

 

Har fortfarande problem med ångest, får som attacker när det är mycket folk eller när jag blir stressad. Men fysisk träning är bra distration samt att flytta fokus mot nått helt annat när ångesten slår till. För om jag inte gör så då övergår ångesten till sug efter lugnande tabletter och det är inte bra. Men som sagt jag har klarat mig bra sista tiden genom att distrahera mig med nån syssla när ångesten anfaller mig. Ibland kan man bli som paralyserad och handlingsförlamad, men det är just då man måste gå emot den känslan och göra nått för att distrehera sig och avleda ångesten och suget, för det går över precis som alla känslor och med tiden blir det större och större avstånd mellan tillfällena och för varje dag mår man lite bättre, det är inte alltid man märker det men om man sammanfattar veckan på söndagskvällen så ser man ju hur mycket man uträttat och att man förhopningsvis får färre o färre tillfällen med panikångest. Stockholm är ju verkligen en bra plats att träna social fobi på och torgskräck eftersom det bor 1.8 miljoner här.

 

Nu ska jag gå och dricka lite vatten, sen ska jag klä om och ge mig ut på dagens äventyr!
